Associate Director, CGEE Marketing and Recruitment

Biography:
Lucy, a longtime international educator, is passionate about fostering global connections and enriching lives through cross-cultural experiences. As the Associate Director for CGEE Marketing and Recruitment, she's dedicated to connecting students, faculty, and partner institutions to the high-quality programs offered by Augsburg CGEE.

Before joining Augsburg CGEE in 2014, Lucy honed her skills at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where she worked with incoming international students. She's spearheaded experiential and intercultural short-term programs in Minnesota, managed host family programs, and mentored emerging international educators.

Lucy's academic background includes a Master's in Higher Education Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from UW-Eau Claire. 

Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Lucy enjoys getting to know people. She's hosted students from around the world, including China, Latvia, Germany, Malaysia, and France, and has traveled extensively herself to Greece, France, Turkey, and CGEE's sites in Nicaragua, Mexico, Norway, and Northern Ireland. When she is not traveling, she enjoys a delicious cup of good coffee, playing lots of games with her children, and snuggling her many cats!
