Bettine Hoff Hermanson is the site director for Augsburg CGEE in Norway. Bettine has served in multiple capacities over her years at Augsburg University; including as the Director of International Student Services (ISSS), an instructor in the Cross Cultural and Language Department (Norwegian), and the Manager of the Nobel Peace Prize and the Human Rights Forums. 

Bettine’s steadfast support of students in their academic goals, navigating cultural transition and developing intercultural leadership skills are top of her priorities when working with CGEE students from all walks of life. Bettine holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Augsburg University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Olaf College (as an F-1 student), and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Akershus University College of Applied Sciences (HiOA) in Norway (currently known as OsloMet).
