Custom Short Term Programs

Program Manager of Customized Programs Contact Emma For: Customized programs in Mexico or Guatemala. Biography: Emma graduated from Augsburg University in 2020 with a bachelor's in Social Work and Spanish. While at Augsburg, she participated in the semester program in Cuernavaca “Social Work in a Latin American Context”, as well as a short-term program, “Indigenous Social Activism” in Chiapas. After graduating from Augsburg, Emma worked as a case manager in the Minneapolis area for a couple of years and, most recently, was teaching English in Madrid, Spain. Emma was drawn back to CGEE because of its vision and mission to encourage cross-cultural education and experiences, and commitment to intentional diversity in the experiences offered at Augsburg.  She is looking forward to joining the team and looks forward to renewing connections in Mexico and making new connections in both Mexico and Central America as the Program Manager for Customized Programming in Mexico and Guatemala.
