Program Description:
Berlin
Berlin
Study German in Europe’s hippest capital city – a locale that blends a vibrant international art scene with a fascinating history.
Berlin’s history is evidenced everywhere in the city -from the Charlottenburg Palace to Brandenburg Gate – but it doesn’t consider itself to be stuck in the past. In fact, the German capital seems to be racing toward the future. Artists flock to its underground creative scene, foodies are thankful for a world-class culinary experience and students appreciate a culture which is fast-paced yet understated.
EF’s International Language Center is located in the very heart of the German capital – steps from the restaurants, art galleries and cafes that which resonate with Berlin’s progressive vibe. Don’t forget to visit the last remaining pieces of the Berlin wall, now covered in graffiti – or rent a bike and cycle out to the Charlottenburg gardens.

This language study only program allows students can take between 4-16 credits of language courses from beginning to advanced levels.  Each course lasts one month and counts as 4 US semester credits.   Start and end dates are flexible.  In order to qualify for financial aid, students must enroll on dates that roughly align to Augsburg College semester dates.  Summer dates are between May-August.

Scholarship opportunity

We believe all students should have the opportunity to study abroad. The Beyond the Classroom Scholarship is one way we help make it possible. Now, more students can enjoy meaningful global experiences and you can step out of the classroom to show them the world.
